Triad Business Journal Reedy Commercial has bought the 23,756-square-foot industrial building at 4310 Enterprise Drive in Winston-Salem, N.C., for $16.5 million, or $694.56/sf. The seller was not disclosed. The one-story property sits on a 1.78-acre site and was built in 1983. It’s leased to eyewear outlet store Salem Optical and golf products company AccurSport.
