Space availabilities at North American data centers kept dropping last year, reaching a new low of 2.6%, according to JLL. That’s down from 3.7% in 2023 and 9.8% in 2020. Driving the market: heavy demand, including from the use of artificial intelligence and bottlenecks on the development side.
