ConnectCRE Tesla has signed a lease for all 927,000 square feet at the Matrix Logistics Center in Newburgh, N.Y. The company will use the space to distribute parts for its electric vehicles. The property, at 1396 Route 300 in Orange County, N.Y., is roughly 65 miles north of Manhattan.
