Commercial Observer TD Bank has expanded its footprint by 26,255 square feet, to 130,057 sf, at 125 Park Ave. in midtown Manhattan. The 572,705-sf office property is owned by SL Green Realty Corp. TD Bank’s 10-year lease agreement was arranged by CBRE.
