SL Green Realty Corp. signed 188 office leases totaling 3.6 million square feet last year, marking the REIT’s third best year, in terms of leasing, ever. A total of 48 leases for 1.79 million sf were signed during the fourth quarter, exceeding the company’s 2023 total.
