A venture led by S2 Capital has paid $97 million, or $125,974/unit, for the 770-unit Amberly Place apartment property in the Tampa Palms area of Tampa, Fla. It assumed what had been a $119.04 million Freddie Mac mortgage that has been re-sized to $85.05 million.
