Pyramid Management Group has negotiated a term extension for the matured $131.46 million CMBS loan against its Poughkeepsie Galleria shopping mall in suburban New York. The loan hasn’t made a payment since November 2021. Pyramid said the extension, details of which couldn’t be learned immediately, would allow it to reinvest in the property.
