Boston Business Journal Moderna Inc. has agreed to pay $400 million, or $583.09/sf, for the 686,000-square-foot Moderna Technology Center office/laboratory property in the Boston suburb of Norwood, Mass. It is buying the three-building property, which it has occupied since 2018, from a venture of Campanelli and TriGate Capital.
