The 50 most heavily taxed office buildings in Manhattan three years ago face a 4.27 percent increase in their property tax bills in 2023 when compared with 2020, according to Metro Manhattan Inc. But this year’s bill, which amounts to a collective $1.58 billion, is down by just more than 1 percent from last year.
