JEMB Realty Corp. has lined up $300 million of mortgage financing against the 249,063-square-foot Herald Center mixed-use property in Manhattan, allowing it to pay off what had been a $245 million senior loan that just more than a year ago faced what was thought to be a heightened risk of default.
