Three large CMBS hotel loans transferred to special servicing last month, helping push the overall volume of loans in special servicing to $60.47 billion, a level not seen since 2013, in the wake of the Global Financial Crisis. The overall volume of loans in special servicing increased by 1.34% from $59.67 billion in March.
