REBusiness Online Ground has broken on Sinclair at Callaway Farm, a 388-unit apartment property in Covington, Ga. A venture of Brook Farm Group and Emory Equity is constructing the 11-building complex as part of the 180-acre Covington Town Center mixed-use development, about 35 miles southeast of Atlanta. Completion is slated for the end of 2025.
