Continental Realty Corp. has completed capital-raising for its latest investment fund with $240 million of investor commitments. The capital includes $40 million raised through two co-investment vehicles. The latest fund, Continental Realty Opportunistic Retail Fund I, already has made $248.95 million of investments.
