The volume of CMBS loans in special servicing increased by 1.47% last month to $58.16 billion, putting the volume at a level not seen since June 2013, when $59.27 billion of loans were in special servicing. The office sector continues to drive the numbers, as $24.45 billion of office loans are now in special servicing.
