The amount of office space in Cleveland totaled 90.8 million square feet in the fourth quarter of last year, according to Cushman & Wakefield. That’s down from 157.4 million sf at the start of 2023. The removal of so-called “zombie” space from the market is partially to blame for the city’s dwindling office inventory.
