Citi Real Estate Funding and JPMorgan Chase Bank have agreed to provide $665 million of financing against the 383-room Four Seasons Maui hotel in Wailea, Hawaii. The loan, with a two-year term, could be extended by up to three additional one-year terms. It’s being securitized through a standalone CMBS deal.
