Commercial Observer CIM Group has taken the 90,000-square-foot office property at 88 University Place in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village through foreclosure. The Los Angeles investment manager two years ago had provided financing, said to have been $70.5 million, against the property. Arch Asset Management of Manhattan had acquired the building two years ago for $31.09 million.
