Investment managers raised only $13.9 billion of equity commitments for real estate funds targeting assets in North America, according to Preqin. That’s 30 percent shy of the amount raised in the third quarter. The latest quarter brought full-year capital raising among North American-targeted funds to $67.46 billion.
