McBride Cohen Co. has secured $223.3 million of financing to fund the construction of the first phase of South Pier at Tempe Town Lake, a large mixed-use property in Tempe, Ariz. The first phase will have 724 apartment units, 26,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a parking garage with 850 spaces. The financing was provided by Mexican bank Banco Inbursa, as well as Pearlmark and Waterton.
