ConnectCRE Durst Organization has opened a 163-unit affordable-housing building in the Astoria section of Queens, N.Y. The New York company completed the property at 3-24 27th Ave., near its Hallets Point development. The new building, which is next to Astoria Houses residential property, includes a fitness center, tenants lounge and laundry facility.
