Dallas Business Journal Crow Holdings Development has started work on Core30 Logistics Center, a 511,000-square-foot industrial property in Dallas. The local developer is constructing the two-building property at 5323 Lawnview Ave. Completion is slated for the first quarter of next year. Stream Realty Partners has been tapped as the leasing agent.
