Jones Street Investment Partners last year had acquired apartment properties with 2,368 units, investing $213.42 million of equity, nearly tripling its 2022 investment activity when it invested $100 million of equity into three properties with 817 units. It recently launched an investment fund that would allow it to pursue additional acquisitions, while many other investors are on the sidelines.
