Jacksonville Business Journal Publix Super Markets Inc. has bought a 168,000-square-foot warehouse property in St. Johns, Fla., for $27.75 million, or about $165.18/sf. The grocery store chain purchased the industrial property from its developer, Scannell Properties of Indianapolis. The property sits on 10.6 acres at 200 Accolade Ave., about 25 miles southeast of Jacksonville, Fla.
