REBusiness Online Mimco has bought the 182,713-square-foot Walzem Plaza shopping center in San Antonio. An affiliate of Silver Star Properties sold the retail property for an undisclosed price. Walzem Plaza, at 5514 Walzam Road, was built in 1981 and is leased to such tenants as Harbor Freight Tools, 99 Cents Only, Foot Locker and Wingstop.
