Fannie Mae provided $96.5 million of senior financing, under its Sponsor-initiated affordability program, against the 569-unit Cityside Huntington Metro apartment complex in the Washington, D.C., suburb of Alexandria, Va. Berkadia’s affordable-housing platform arranged the loan, along with a $61.3 million subordinate loan provided by an Amazon.com Inc. affiliate.
