SL Green Realty Corp., which owns a leasehold interest in the 563,000-square-foot office building at 625 Madison Ave. in midtown Manhattan, has written down the building’s value to zero. But it might end up owning the fee interest, or land beneath it, as it holds a mezzanine loan against that interest. A foreclosure auction is scheduled for Aug. 8.
