GreenPoint Partners has made an investment in Semi-Stow, an Austin, Texas, operator of parking facilities for trucks, trailers and other commercial vehicles. It aims to use the company, which operates 30 facilities throughout the country, as a springboard through which it will make $500 million of investments in truck-parking facilities.
