Kohan Retail Investment Group has paid $71 million for the Town Center at Cobb shopping mall in the Atlanta suburb of Kennesaw, Ga. The company bought the retail property from the CMBS trusts that had held a total of $169.2 million of mortgage debt against it. Kohan funded its purchase with a $42 million loan from Stonehill.
