Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. is planning to sell up to $400 million of properties this year as it moves to further pay down debt and improve the profile of its portfolio. Since 2017, the company has sold off – or otherwise disposed of – 45 hotels, generating $3 billion of proceeds.
