Prime Finance bought the B-pieces of six CMBS conduit deals totaling $5.82 billion this year through September, edging out Argentic Securities, which also bought six B-pieces. But the dollar balance of the deals it invested in totaled $5.01 billion. Argentic, however, was the most active retainer of risk.
