ConnectCRE Oxford Properties Group and Pappas Enterprises have submitted plans to construct a seven-building mixed-use project in Boston’s Seaport District. The project is being proposed for a portion of the 42-acre Pappas Way Business Park. It will have residences, retail and restaurant space and a fitness facility.
