Tri-Star Equities has paid $20.95 million, or $356.29/sf, for the 58,800-square-foot office property at 217 North Jefferson St. in Chicago. The New York company purchased the property from Metonic Real Estate, which was represented CBRE. The six-story property was built in 1937 and underwent renovations in 2017. It has bike storage and 40 parking spaces.
