Rentv.com VG Properties has broken ground on a 173-room Hilton Hotel in Arcadia, Calif. The developer is building the property at 123 West Huntington Drive, about 20 miles east of Los Angeles. The hotel will have a rooftop bar and lounge, as well as a restaurant, banquet hall and meeting spaces.
