Dallas Morning News MCR Hotels has bought the 120-room Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Grand Prairie in suburban Dallas for an undisclosed price. Anderson Cos. sold the four-story property, at 2850 South State Highway 161 in Grand Prairie, Texas, which was built in 2021. Marcus & Millichap brokered the deal.
